Chains for bucket conveyors

Chains for bucket conveyors are manufacutred from 2 distinct materials coded RC4 and RC5

RC4

Highly resistant chains of RC4 quality for conveyors are manufactured in accordance to the DIN 764/766 norm from manganese alloyed steel (eg. 21Mn4Al). Surface hardness 750 HV measured 0,25 mm below the surface, carburizing depth HTÄ 0,1 d +/- 0,01 d. Hardening depth Eht at 0,06 d amounts to more than 550 HV up to 28 mm-ø, and for 30 mm-ø
and above - at 0,05 d more than 550 HV.

Testing force 125 N/mm2, breaking force 250 N/mm2.

RC5

Highly resistant chains of RC5 quality for conveyors are manufactured in accordance to the DIN 764/766 norm from chrome and nickel enriched steel (eg. 15CrNi6). Surface hardness 750 HV measured 0,25 mm below the surface, carburizing depth HTÄ 0,1 d +/- 0,01 d. Hardening depth Eht at 0,06 d amounts to more than 550 HV up to 28 mm-ø, and for 30 mm-ø and above - at 0,05 d more than 550 HV.

Testing force 150 N/mm2, breaking force 300 N/mm2.
